[Hilintec] C61 Diaphragm Mini Air Pump for Vacuum
C61 is a large-flow electric vacuum pump, equipped with BLDC motor. it is powered by 24 volt DC, with a big and controllable flow-rate, which is used for long-distance and large-flow gas sampling and vacuuming, and has a long service life. This diaphragm pump can be configured with different pneumatic connectors, different elastomer material like EPDM or FKM.
Its maximum average flow can reach 26.5L per minute, and the flow–rate can be adjusted by adjusting the motor speed. Its maximum relative vacuum can reach -65kPa, Hilintec can also provide a higher vacuum product selection under the same product dimensions, please refer to C60 Mini Vacuum Pump
According to the type of customer’s pipeline, modular pneumatic connectors can be configured at the factory. It can be configured with PC6 or PC8 push-in connectors to easily connect rigid pipes with an outer diameter of 6mm or 8mm. This pump can also configure the default conventional hose connector. In addition, it also provides Rc1/8 internal threaded connectors for connecting more abundant pipelines and interface types.
When the pump is stopped due to abnormal power failure, it will continue to run according to the state and speed of the last power-off when the power supply is recovered. When the pump can work normally, touch the screen to start the pump, it will continue to run at the speed before the last shutdown. (Note: This function is only valid on the remote control type.)
The remote control type and basic type are equipped with working status indicator lights, which can visually feed back the working status of the pump. The touch control type and top configuration type are equipped with an LCD touch screen that can display working status and fault codes.
The flow rate of the pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed. It provides two electirc control interface options, user can use voltage or frequency signal to control the flow-rate of C61 pump.
This model of mini pump is driven by brush-less motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability.
Equipped with overheating protection, overload protection, power supply under-voltage and over-voltage protection and reverse connection protection function, which to the greatest extent prevents accidental damage to the pump.
The basic type and remote control type are equipped with working status indicator lights. Users can understand the working status of the equipment through the color change of the indicator lights:
