[Hilintec] D70 High Vacuum Diaphragm Pump with Large Flow
D70 is a powerful and reliable high vacuum diaphragm pump with large flow. it is powered by 24 or 12 volt BLDC or Brush DC motor, corresponding to long-life and low-cost application scenarios. Its maximum peak gas flow rate is 51L/min. it can achieve vacuum degree -90kPa.To meet customer demand for higher flow and higher pressure,this diaphragm pump can be configured with single pump head and double pump head configuration.
Its maximum average flow can reach 33L per minute, maximum vacuum can reach -90kPa(110mBar.abs). it can be used for positive pressure within 50kPa,If you need a higher pressure pump, you can refer to D35H and D50H diaphragm pumps and our D40 piston pump product series for even high output pressure.
According to the flow and pressure requirements of the application,multiple configurations such as single pump head, double pump heads in parallel, and double pump heads in series can be selected, providing a wide range of and flexible modular configuration options.
D70 high vacuum diaphragm pump model can be driven by brush-less DC motors which have the advantages of long service life, low interference and high reliability. And it also can be configured with high quality brushed DC motor.
According to the type of customer’s pipeline, modular pneumatic connectrs can be configured at the factory. It can be configured with PC8 push-in connectors to easily connect rigid pipes with an outer diameter of 8mm. This pump can also configure the default conventional hose connector. In addition, it also provides Rp1/8 or NTSC1/8 internal threaded connectors and for connecting more abundant pipelines and interface types.
In addition to a variety of fluid connectors, the D70 high vacuum diaphragm pump can also be equipped with an optional exhaust silencer. Installing a silencer at the exhaust port can reduce operating airflow noise by up to 15dB.
D70 high vacuum diaphragm pump can be equipped with fluorine material pump head and elastomer, so as to obtain excellent corrosion resistance. For example, it uses the standard PPS engineering plastic pump head, and can be equipped with PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride material; in addition to the standard EPDM/FKM diaphragm and valve plate, you can also choose PTFE diaphragm and valve plate, thus forming a highly corrosion-resistant pump head structure composed of PVDF/PTFE fluorine material to cope with acidic, alkaline, etc.
The flow rate of the BLDC motor pump can be changed by adjusting the motor speed. There are two ways to adjust, user can use PWM or voltage signal to control the flow-rate of D70 pump. By adjusting and controlling the speed of the motor, the flow rate of the D70 high vacuum diaphragm pump can be adjusted and controlled in the range of 15LPM-51LPM. It can achieve a high vacuum degree of -90kPa in different flow ranges.
In response to industrial-grade reliability requirements, we have designed a special test process for possible load conditions. Therefore, no matter what load the product actually works under, its actual service life can reach and exceed its nominal service life. If the actual working load is less than the nominal maximum load, its life can be further extended. Therefore tt can operate without stopping for a long time under the maximum load. The product has passed the life test under the maximum load, and can promise to reach the nominal life under various loads.
